COVID-19 Information Update March 2021

COVID - 19 Vaccinations in your area

How will I know when I will be able to get vaccinated?

The NHS will contact you when you are eligible to be vaccinated and inform you of the location and date. You will also see messages in your local community. You will be able to book an appointment, either using an online or telephone booking system so that you can choose the right time and location to attend.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SURGERY ABOUT THE COVID-Vaccination ; we will contact you in due course.

Many patients have now received their first vaccines from us and are waiting for their second vaccine. Please be assured that you will be contacted by us for this to be done within the recommended 12 week window.

Thank you for your patience.
